Interactive map with locations by gps coordinates

Here is an test page of the interactive map. The google map is just for demonstration.
The map will be an infographic map which will be geo-referenced showing the different schools within the 6 geographic school divisions in Malawi with different colors.
When zooming out, the icons become too crowded that is why they are merged into clusters with numbers (when schools are close to each other ) you will see that if you zoom in, the icons are revealed automatically.
The pop-over window is wrongly covering all the area and is sometimes not easy to close. I will fix this issue.
